He is Mohammed Butti bin Hamed bin Butti bin Khadim bin Nhaiman Al Hamed Al Qubaisi, born approximately in 1945. He was the ruler’s representative in the Tarif region from 1968 to 2009 and a member of the Planning Council in Abu Dhabi.
